These Terms of Use govern access to GamingDrift’s website, web app, and mobile application. By using GamingDrift, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
GamingDrift requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide an email address you control and verify it before the service becomes available to you. You may delete your account at any time from inside the app.
What GamingDrift provides
GamingDrift gathers public gaming-source material and presents signals, topics, links, and evidence for exploratory research. GamingDrift is informational only. Its scores, summaries, investigations, and rankings are not investment, legal, security, employment, or business advice, and they do not establish market demand or truth.
Third-party content
GamingDrift links to and may display limited excerpts, metadata, and evidence from third-party sources. Those sources retain their rights and may impose terms governing access, retention, attribution, and reuse. Follow the original source link and evaluate the source yourself.
Acceptable use
You may use GamingDrift for lawful personal or internal research. You may not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, overload source services, misuse APIs, reverse engineer the service except as permitted by law, or use automated access in violation of applicable source terms.
